Any cancellation must be made in written with subject to approval of Blue Point Resort & Spa
During low season, any cancellation received 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to 1 night cancellation fee/penalty.
During high/peak season, any cancellation received 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to 1 night cancellation fee/penalty.
Sudden cancellation received on the check in date will be subject to cancellation fee at 100% of total amount. The same condition is valid for no show booking or a failure to arrive at hotel and a sudden booking made upon check in date.
Full prepayment 7days prior to arrival on low season and 14days prior to arrival on high season & peak season
We do not accept PayPal and Western union. Method of payment available is by Bank transfer only. We will not responsible for the Bank transfer fee, it must be paid by sender. Please send full payment including Bank Transfer fee when processing the payment.
